Phonak's StereoZoom 2.0 is directional microphone technology that directs your hearing aids' pickup patterns toward the desired sound source. The result is a 16% greater speech understanding than fixed directional settings in prior versions of StereoZoom. SpeechSensor monitors your surroundings for speech and allowing you to hear it better from the back and the sides. It is an automatic function that determines where the most speech is coming from and adjusts the hearing aid's microphone settings accordingly.
